Most of the world's finest cutlery comes from the factory with a simple common edge angle. Conventional knife sharpeners will restore this angle, but our Ultimate Knife Sharpener goes one step further: it creates a hollow-ground edge, which has gently curved sides tapering to a razor-sharp point for unmatched sharpness. And its special honing process removes less steel than other methods so high quality knives last longer, including those with serrated blades. Counter-rotating diamond-enhanced discs facilitate one-step precision operation and keep the blade at the correct angle, producing a burr-free edge and eliminating the guesswork associated with hand sharpening. Four rubber suction feet hold Sharpener securely on the counter.  Operates on 115 volts; UL listed. Measures 6"l x 5 ½"w x 4"h. Made in the USA.
