The titanium coated blades come apart for cleaning with the press of a button and easily reassemble. The sharp blades are precision milled from durable 4mm high-carbon stainless, then bonded to an outer layer of black Titanium for stain resistance. A bone notch and micro-serrated edge keep food securely in place while cutting. Our multi-shears are designed with an integrated bottle opener and nutcracker. The handles are double injected molded with a soft-grip for comfort. The overall length is 9".
