The Excel is the largest of our Elite BBQ Smokers designed for the serious enthusiast or professional. The versatility of our Smokers makes them the top choice of professional chefs, competition teams, or those new to smoking. Grill, roast, or smoke your food to perfection. The modular design allows you to expand cooking capacity by adding a third row. 2 cooking middle zones with access ports will enable the use of a wired thermometer (included for FREE!) and quick access panels to both the water pan and fire basket allow you to add fuel and flavor without removal of the lid and massive loss of heat. Temperature is regulated by 4 air vents (3 on the bottom and one on top) and an easy-to-read temperature gauge on the lid, fueled by charcoal bringing flavor that will take you back to Sunday afternoon family barbecues and your grandparents' house.
