Cooks in phenomenal flavor with ease
“Beer Can Chicken” was created by men who like to eat but also like to exert as little effort as possible. The Beer Roaster is for you! Simply fill with beer, wine, marinade or other liquid of choice and then slide the poultry over the top of it. You can cook outside on a gas or charcoal grill, or even pop it in the oven. The past methods of using a standard beer can would leave harmful paint inside the chicken. Our stainless steel cylinder is a healthy welcomed change. Give your birds an extra zing with the Chicken Beer Roaster. Measures approximately 6 inches long by 6 inches high—5 inches high.Chicken Beer Roaster Recipes
Gourmet Chicken
"Everything is better with bacon"
Ingredients:
• 1 (2 to 3-pound) whole chicken
• 1 teaspoon dried oregano
• 1 teaspoon garlic powder
• 1 tablespoon onion powder
• 1 teaspoon paprika
• 1 teaspoon ground ginger
• 1 teaspoon dried sage
• 1 teaspoon sea salt
• 1 tablespoon freshly ground black pepper
• 2 cloves garlic, smashed
• 1 (12-ounce) can beer
• 1/2 pound bacon
Directions:
Preheat oven to 450 degrees F. Wash chicken with cold water and pat dry with paper towels. Mix dry ingredients in small bowl. Rub 1/2 of the ingredients on inside cavity of chicken. Gently peel skin away from chicken and rub mixture into meat of chicken. Open beer can DRINK about 1/2. Drop the garlic cloves into the Beer Roaster and pour in the rest of the beer. Place chicken, open end down, over the Beer Roaster to insert the beer into the cavity. Place chicken, standing up, in large pan to catch drippings. Place 1/3 of the bacon in the top cavity of the chicken and drape the remaining 2/3 of the bacon down the outside of the chicken. Pierce the bacon to the chicken with toothpicks. Place chicken in the oven for 10 minutes and then lower temperature to 325 degrees F. and cook for another 1 hour, or until the internal temperature in the thickest part of the thigh reaches 165 degrees F. on an instant-read thermometer.
Easy Tasty Chicken
Directions:
* Rinse and clean Bird and pat dry
* Take Beer Roaster and fill half-way with favorite brew (Heavier full-bodied beers tend to work better)
* Add spice of choice to liquid (Try a little crab boil spice for a unique twist, a touch of lemon juice and cracked black pepper work as well)
* Place chicken with Beer Roaster in oven or on grill and cook until internal temp is 165 F. (Check internal temp in thickest part of chicken after about an Hour at 325 F.)
Cooking Tip:
Try placing a small potato in the top of the bird to seal in the flavor and make it even juicer. Use a drip pan under the chicken to prevent flare-ups on the grill and keep the oven clean.
